Jesy Nelson expresses unprecedented pride of her physique following birth of twins

Former Little Mix star Jesy Nelson reveals she has "never felt prouder" of her body after the arrival of her two baby girls.

The performer gave birth to two babies her daughters Ocean and Story during May with her partner Zion Foster, who she got engaged to just weeks ago.

The singer revealed in an Instagram post that becoming a mother allowed her to see how amazing her body truly is.

Together with pictures showing her in intimate apparel cradling her babies, she stated: "Over three decades of rigorous dieting, 33 years of putting myself down hoping for a flatter stomach, wanting my waist just a little smaller and nearly proceeding with breast augmentation, to presently finding myself being photographed."

She added: "I can truthfully state I've never felt prouder about my physique and all it has experienced! Yes my boobs hang lower and my belly is bigger and more pliable - it no longer resembles its former self, but my god it formed the most wonderful present that has ever happened to me."

"Should there be one thing I've learned throughout these recent months of being pregnant, it's that I don't ever desire my daughters experiencing what I experienced regarding my physique over decades."

Pregnancy Journey

The 34-year-old singer, delivered her daughters before full term in her seventh month, having previously revealed she encountered rare complications throughout her pregnancy.

This past spring, she revealed she experienced an effective surgical intervention to prevent complications associated with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS).

This medical situation results from abnormal connecting blood vessels within the shared placenta that causes uneven blood circulation from one twin, known as the donor, to the receiving baby, resulting in one infant with a greater blood volume versus the counterpart.

Not long after the operation in March, Nelson said: "The condition has improved, the surgery achieved its goal, which is truly amazing. We feel extremely fortunate to have the most amazing doctors."

She also revealed her babies had MCDA classification, indicating they share a shared placenta yet maintain their distinct gestational compartments.

Career Background

She exited Little Mix in December 2020, saying she felt compelled to safeguard her emotional state.

Subsequently she clarified that internet harassment - an issue she explored in a 2019 documentary - had brought her near collapse.

Since leaving the band, the artist has put out music as a solo artist, including the song Boyz, including Nicki Minaj, recently.

Little Mix, with her former bandmates, originated from the television show in 2011.

The group proceeded to create multiple UK top 10 albums along with five chart-topping songs, featuring successful songs including Wings, Black Magic and Shout Out to My Ex.

Two years ago, they announced they planned to take a hiatus after their 2022 tour but clarified they were not splitting up completely.
